What a session looks like:

Coaching with me is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is 60 minutes and guided by what you’re currently experiencing—there’s no rigid structure or pressure to show up a certain way. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come.

Some sessions may feel like processing what’s been weighing on you. Others may bring clarity, insight, or a shift in perspective. At times, we may gently explore patterns, emotions, or beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and begin to move through them in a way that feels supportive and grounded.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to:

  • hold a safe, non-judgmental space

  • ask thoughtful, intuitive questions

  • help you reconnect with your own inner clarity

  • support you in taking aligned, realistic steps forward

This work is collaborative, gentle, and rooted in trust.

You are always in control of your pace, your openness, and the direction we go.

A Note on Coaching-

Coaching is different from therapy.

While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and diagnosing mental health conditions, coaching is centered around the present and future—helping you gain clarity, shift patterns, and move forward in your life.

If you are currently in therapy, coaching can be a beautiful complement to the work you’re already doing.

This May Not Be The Right Fit If…

Coaching is a supportive and reflective space—but it’s not the right fit for every situation.

This may not be the best fit for you if you:

  • Are looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do or make decisions for you

  • Are not open to self-reflection or exploring your thoughts, patterns, and emotions

  • Are wanting immediate or quick fixes without doing the inner work that creates lasting change

  • Are currently in a place where deeper therapeutic or clinical support would be more appropriate

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma, or mental health challenges, working with a licensed therapist or healthcare provider may be the most supportive next step.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions designed to support you in gaining clarity, reconnecting with yourself, and moving forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Sessions are 60 minutes and can be held via Zoom or phone—whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Single Session (60 minutes) — $75

3 Session Package — $210
($70 per session)

5 Session Package — $325
($65 per session)

10 Session Package — $600
($60 per session)

Packages are a great option if you’re looking for ongoing support and deeper integration over time.
